Phoenix 2 earns Energy Star certification. Building to Energy Star standard lowers the cost of ownership, and stands as evidence to prospective donors we build efficient high-quality homes. To all 305 P2 builders: Well done!

Twin Creeks Village planning moves forward. Version 3 of floor plans now under review by construction team. Coupled with site plan, the document will be submitted for pre-application review this week (a week later than planned).
Have made contact with TCV neighboring property owner Dave Flake. He’s proposing working together to improve access to both his property (immediately W of 917) and for our development.
The existing home at 917 112th St SE is now empty. Hazmat testing planned later this month as we prep for deconstruction.
TCV construction ground breaking 7/3/17, with scheduled builds starting up the following week. A number of pre-construction projects are planned. Dates will be determined as projects are scheduled.
Change: The scope coming project requires regular builds three days per week – Tue/Thu/Sat. (P2 was Wed/Sat.) Pattern chosen to allow in-between day for restocking.
Still no clear plan for TCV civil engineering improvements required for permitting. Reaching out to Goldsmith Engineers, and Sound Development. If you have a contact that might assist with civil plan, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
A donor is offering us a double-wide mobile home. Assuming home is in good condition one possibility is moving (home is now in Arlington) to our Gold Bar property. (The affiliate was given two half-acre lots some time back.) Chris making contact and scheduling inspection.
