Habitat Store FAQ

Is the Habitat Store open to the public?

Yes!  Our store hours at both locations are:

Tuesday – Saturday: 10am to 5pm

Where do the proceeds from the sales go?

All of the proceeds go directly to Habitat for Humanity of Snohomish County, to build homes for low-income families in our area.

I found an item I like but it’s too big to take home today. Can I still buy it?

Yes!  Purchased items MUST be picked up was soon as possible. After 10 days the item is considered a donation and will be put back on the sales floor. A donation receipt will be issued for the unclaimed item.

Does the Habitat Store accept returns?

Returns are available only on items that have a store warranty, as evidenced by a warranty tag on the item. The tag must remain on the item, and a sales receipt must be presented for warranty return.

Does the Habitat Store accept checks?

Yes!  We can accept checks for sales totaling $300 or less.

How are items priced?

Items are generally priced at not more than 50% of retail. Original price, age, condition, available supply and market demand are all considered.
