Remodeling, cleaning, downsizing, or getting organized? Whatever your project, don’t let usable items end up in the landfill. Habitat Stores divert hundreds of tons of materials from landfills each year by accepting a wide range of hard-to-dispose items, including new and gently used furniture, appliances, home décor, tools, and surplus building materials.

Anyone may donate items in person at either of our Snohomish County Habitat Stores in Everett or Lynnwood during donation hours:

Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Before dropping off your donation, please review the list below of items we do and do not accept. If you have questions about a specific item, we encourage you to contact your nearest Habitat Store directly.

Residential Donors:

You are always welcome to bring items to the store during donation hours or use a delivery service of your choice. In addition, we have partnered with Resupply, a veteran-founded organization that offers priority pickup services within 48 hours for a fee. To schedule a pickup, click the floating “Donation Pickup” button below.

Construction, Retail, and Commercial Businesses:

Please contact us by clicking the “Commercial Donations” button below so we can help make your gift-in-kind donations as simple as possible. We can coordinate one-time donations of excess materials or establish long-term partnerships for recurring donations. While commercial donations may be dropped off from anywhere, commercial pickup services are available only within Snohomish County.

Thank you for supporting our Habitat Stores and helping to further Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter in our community.

Please note: We are unable to guarantee acceptance of any donation without seeing it first. All donations are accepted at staff discretion. If you are unsure whether an item may be suitable, please reach out to the store in advance—we’re happy to help!
